Do I have to carry my own insurance policy?

    The HOA strongly encourages each owner to have their own insurance policy.  For 
    information about what is covered under the master policy, please see the Master 
    Insurance Policy on the Documents page of this website.  You can also contact the
    HOA's insurance broker with specific questions.  Click here for their contact

My mortgage company wants proof of coverage and specific information on the insurance certificate.  What do I do?

    If your insurance company just needs the certificate without any specific 
    information for your home, the certificate can be found on the Documents section 
    of this website.  If they want specific information on the certificate, please follow 
    the instructions outlined here.
