Access to the amenities at Oceana East 1 HOA is available by obtaining a common area key. There is a $25 charge to replace a common area keys. To inquire about common area keys please contact Mills Management Services, Inc. All guests must be accompanied by a resident when using the amenities.
Clubhouse
The main room is available to residents of Oceana East 1 HOA for private social functions. To reserve the main room, please contact Mills Management Services well in advance to ensure your reservation date is available.

Pool hours vary depending upon the time of year. Hours are posted onsite. Glass and pets are not allowed in the pool area.

The bocce ball pit is located behind the Clubhouse.
