How do I report a problem/emergency for which the Association is responsible?

       Please contact our management company, Mills Management Services, Inc. at 
       760-978-9609. For after hours emergencies please contact the property management
       company at  760-231-0261.

If I am having a problem with a neighbor or violation of the Rules & Regulations, what can I do?

        If residents cannot resolve a situation between themselves, they should contact the HOA         via the property management company. Oceana East 1 HOA asks that any report of         violations of the Association's Governing Documents are accompanied by a photo when         possible. All alleged violations should be sent in writing to         chris@millsmanagementservices.com or mailed.

My neighbor's dog won't stop barking, what can I do?

        First, try to make contact with the owner of the unit and make them aware of the         problem. Generally, dogs may bark when the owner is away and the owner may not be         aware of the problem. If the problem persists, please contact animal control. You may         also contact the property management company and ask that a letter is sent to the owner.
