Is there a transfer fee?
No, Oceana East 1 HOA does not currently charge a transfer fee.
How do I obtain HOA documents for an open escrow?
Please send an e-mail to the property management company with a copy of the
demand.
How do I obtain a payment demand?
Please send the payment demand to our property management company via e- mail if possible.
How do I obtain a Condo Questionnaire?
There is a $75.00 fee for Condo Questionnaires payable to "Mills Management Services, Inc.". The payment must be before the Questionnaire is completed. Please send the Questionnaire to the property management company via e-mail if possible.
Is there any other information I need to transfer a property to the new owner?
Oceana East 1 uses an Electronic Notification system. Please make sure the new owner fills out the Electronic Notification form which can be found here. This should be submitted to the property management company along with a copy of the Grant Deed immediately upon transfer. If the unit will be tenant occupied, please make sure to also fill out the Tenant Registration form which can be found here.
